What we collect
- Name and mobile number — provided by you on WhatsApp to create and verify your ID.
- Transaction records — deposits and withdrawals linked to your account, kept for account integrity and dispute resolution.
- Basic site analytics — aggregate, cookie-respecting usage statistics for this website (no analytics run until consent conditions are met).
We do not collect documents, email addresses, card numbers or government IDs for account creation.
How it is used
- Creating and verifying your ID, and providing account support
- Processing deposits and withdrawals you request
- Protecting the service against fraud and duplicate accounts
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your details to anyone
- We never share your number with third-party marketers
- We never ask for your password or OTP — treat any such request as fraud
Retention & your rights
Account data is retained while your ID is active. Message our support on WhatsApp to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion of your account and its data (transaction records may be retained where required for legitimate dispute or legal reasons).
Third parties
WhatsApp carries our conversations under its own end-to-end encryption and privacy terms. Payment providers (UPI apps, banks) process transfers under their own policies. This website is served via Cloudflare for security and speed.
